The jovial fellows at Indy Ink printed up some shirts for my friends in the Denver rock and roll band The Knew. The band has been a favorite of mine since my second migration to Denver, and they have returned the sentiment by asking me on several occasions to commission them visual work to manifest in their eyes an equivalent to what they offer to my ears.
I wanted to witness this project through to the very end, and paid a visit to Aaron and Jordan at Indy Ink, who pushed the pixels into print, and made some great images from the artwork. By my estimate, these piping-hot t-shirts will be available for purchase at the Knew’s shows this summer – while supplies last. I hope these rock and roll t-shirts set well on the sunburned backs of some Denverites who know good music this summer season.
